                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN ADDENDUM TO AN AGREEMENT
                   WITH ROD ROBERTSON RELATIVE TO EMPLOYMENT
                   FOR INSPECTION SERVICES ON CONTRACT NO. 72A
                   AND 69B-1, HIXSON IV COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF FORTY-SIX THOUSAND,
                   THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($46,368.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an addendum to an 

       Agreement with Rod Robertson relative to employment for 
inspection
       services on Contract No. 72A and 69B-1, Hixson IV Collection
       System, for an estimated amount of $46,368.00.
